Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that window, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. To request a cancellation or modification, contact our support team immediately with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to initiate a return instead. We'll do our best to help, but timing is everything.
