Shipping policy

All our items are made to order, with most shipping within 1-3 business days.

Occasionally, some items may take up to 5-7 business days to product. Please account for both production and shipping times when expecting your order.

• You may receive multiple packages.
• You’ll get an email with your tracking info once your order ships.

Processing times may increase by 5-7 business days due to holiday order volumes.

Cancellations:
Please be aware that orders for custom-made products cannot be canceled once they are placed, as production starts shortly after order confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
